Does Warner sell replacement fuses for the CL-100 temperature controller?

 
No, but the ones needed are commonly available. (Try Radio Shack)

For 120V applications use a 0.8A slo-blo fuse,
and for 220V applications use a 0.4A slo-blo fuse.
